- Backports Don't allow bids for a ParaId where there is an overlapping lease period #3361
- Backports Bump versions & spec_versions #3368
- Updates substrate + beefy branches to polkadot-v0.9.7 (same commit as polkadot-v0.9.6, beefy commit changes since we update it to point at substrate#polkadot-v0.9.7)
- Remove old migrations:
- SetStakingLimits from Kusama and Westend
- GrandpaStoragePrefixMigration from Polkadot (Included in 9050, which is due to be enacted v shortly)
